The trial period will expire at the end of the specified duration, and you will be required to pay the Subscription Fee to continue using the App. If you cancel before the trial period ends, you will not be charged.

- Distribute, sublicense, lease, or rent the App to third parties.

The App and all associated intellectual property, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and software, are the property of Win++ and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- No Warranty: The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Win++ and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or any infringement of third-party rights.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
