These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of Win++ (“the App”), provided by Win++ (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any updates or modifications.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your Windows device, subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions. This license allows you to install and use the App for personal or internal business purposes, depending on the type of license you purchase.

2. Account and Registration

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, and to update your account information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Payment and Subscription

The App may require a recurring subscription or other fees (“Subscription Fees”). By subscribing to the App, you agree to pay all applicable Subscription Fees. Payment will be billed on a [monthly/yearly] basis and will automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined below.

• Subscription Plan: Details of your subscription plan, including pricing and features, will be provided at the time of purchase.
• Payment Method: You authorize us to charge your payment method for Subscription Fees, and any applicable taxes, in accordance with the subscription plan you choose.
• Recurring Payments: Subscription Fees are charged automatically on your billing cycle unless canceled. You agree that we may charge your payment method for the subscription renewal at the end of each billing cycle.
• Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our Refund Policy (if applicable).

4. Trial Period

We may offer a trial period for the App, which allows you to use the App without charge for a limited time. The trial period will expire at the end of the specified duration, and you will be required to pay the Subscription Fee to continue using the App. If you cancel before the trial period ends, you will not be charged.

5. License Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the App.
• Distribute, sublicense, lease, or rent the App to third parties.
• Use the App for unlawful purposes or in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the App or our services.
• Copy, distribute, or transmit any part of the App without our express consent.

6. Termination and Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next cycle.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms and Conditions or if we believe your actions may cause harm to us or other users. If we terminate your access, you will not be entitled to any refund for the unused portion of your subscription.

7. Changes to Subscription Fees and Plans

We reserve the right to change the Subscription Fees or modify the features of the subscription plans at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes before they take effect, and you will have the option to accept or decline the new pricing or plans.

8. Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The App and all associated intellectual property, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and software, are the property of Win++ and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our permission.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• No Warranty: The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Win++ and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or any infringement of third-party rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
